Any time from midnight to 6pm (17:59), Tuesday to Sunday. Order first thing in the morning, lunchtime, whenever — your delivery goes out that same evening between 7pm and 8pm. Monday is slow-cook day. Closed, no exceptions.

Because that's how many monsters one slow-cook batch makes properly. We don't stretch the beef. Sell-outs are the point.
